L&CPU Folio Night

This Friday 29th September is the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union (L&CPU) Folio Night where we will be looking at the best images produced by club photographers in the north west area.

The event takes place at Newton Village Hall, Grange Cross Lane, West Kirby with the doors opening at 7.30pm for a 7.45pm start and a 10pm finish. You don't have to be a member to attend as visitors are welcome paying only £2 on the door.

Hoylake International Exhibition 2017

This Friday 22nd September the club will be taking a look at a selection of accepted and awarded images from this year's successful Hoylake International Exhibition. For a viewing of the very best of international photography we'll be opening the doors at Newton Village Hall, Grange Cross Lane, West Kirby at 7.30pm for a 7.45pm start and a 10pm finish. None members are welcome paying £2 on the door.

For club members this is also the hand-in for the first monthly competition of the season with the theme of "Open / Altered Reality" Three digital images can be entered plus a maximum of six A4 unmounted prints. Reflections of Blencathra FSC Club Weekend

This Friday 15th September is a retrospective of last May's club weekend at the Blencathra FSC in Cumbria. Those who attended have been asked to provide 10 images taken on the trip so there will be a very broad view of what our club members got up to. The weekend through 16 pairs of eyes.

If you weren't able to make it to Blencathra then you can catch up on Friday at Newton Village Hall, Grange Cross Lane, West Kirby. The doors open at 7.30pm for a 7.45pm start and a 10pm finish.
